In an effort to encourage the use of the clubroom by all members, we have changed membership so clubroom access is included within your yearly membership.

In the past, clubroom access was a separate product from membership, and would cost an additional $15-$20. While we do not believe this to be an unreasonable cost, we also found that it deterred some students from purchasing it, which we do not wish to see. As such, we've officially decided to include room access for all student members within our slightly increased membership fee.

Membership fees are now $15 for the year, but they now include access to the clubroom, as well as the usual benefits of free or discounted event access, as well as the ability to represent us competitively. 

To further justify the slightly increased cost of general membership, we have put significant efforts into organising more events, coaching, and improving the room so that it is not just a place to play games on campus, but is also a desirable study and social place. We are looking into acquiring a fridge to sell drinks for as cheap as we possibly can, and to have a Nintendo Switch out permanently for members to use when they desire.
