Entries for HOY Open on Tues 10 March 2026 and often fill up quickly. There is a $660 fee per crew on entry of which (50%) $330 is non refundable.

Members intrested in rowing are asked to pay $42.50 (inlc. trans fee)  per seat as an Expression of Interest (EOI) fee.  If any member is confident that they will be able to coax other members to join later in the season they are able to make payment for more than one EOI, however it is at their risk.  

As soon as we aware that we have enough EOIs for a boat to be entered (taking into account the class of boat eg - mens or womens)  a crew will be entered. If the entry is not accepted due to the race being full, the EOI fee will be refunded. Once a crew is entered the $42.50 fee will not be refunded to the members if the crew is scratched.

The remaining part of the fee and other costs will be requested for and must be paid prior to the event.
