Members interested in rowing are asked to pay $42.50 (inlc. trans fee) per seat as an Expression of Interest (EOI) fee first.

EOIs WILL CLOSE @ Midnight Monday 31^st August. For each quantity of 8 Men and/or 8 Women the appropriate number of crews will be entered. Note * Names are not required for entry and if scratched before the 19^th September - 50% of the total entry fee of $82.50 is non-refundable by HOY, hence the requirement for the upfront fee.

After Mon 31st August all EOIs will be notified of the outcome. If we proceed with the entries thent all attending are to then ensure that by 

Midnight Monday 14^th September, they -

1)      Are fully registered and paid-up members of AUBC

2)      Pay the remaining balance seat fee of $40

3)      Pay at least the minimum (ie- Interstate Regatta fee) Rowing SA Registration Fee. This process takes several days as the member will need to sign a waiver generated by RSA via email. (This will need to be done by at least the Wednesday 9^th September).

The club is required to complete entry details including the final grade entered and the names of registered rowers (hence they need to be on the RSA database before the entry is finalised) by 9.00 am Saturday 19^th September. After this time there is no refund of entry fees by HOY.

After the 19^th of September if any crew is scratched members will not receive a refund.

Members will be responsible for arranging their own transport and accommodation. An additional fee for boat transport will be required to be paid before the event.
