AUAC Sprint Squad Sign up. This is designed for athletes that are newer to sprinting or wanting to get fast for other sports. The squad is being coached by the TNT Performance and Rehab squad. You can find more about this squad here.

Cost is $80 a month including a once a week face to face session on Wednesdays 4-5pm on park 10, athletes are also given a weekly schedule for drills and exercises to perform in their own time to support their running progression.
