Join us for our annual general meeting.

Pizza available from 6:00 pm with AGM starting at 7:00 pm.

This will be held at Adelaide University City East Campus. Barr Smith South, Room 2060 

 

Further information regarding the AGM:

The purpose of the AGM is to review 2025 and elect members for the 2026 committee. Please note that only financial members of the club, or in the case of junior members, their parent/guardian, may attend the AGM. If you wish to appoint a proxy, please email athletics@adelaideunisport.com.au.

Please find attached the AGM agenda, including office positions to be appointed.

Applications for committee positions must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting by emailing athletics@adelaideunisport.com.au. Nominations must include the name of the nominee, be signed by two financial members of the Club as proposer and seconder, and include the nominee’s consent. The proposer may be the nominee.

There are also several operational positions within the club that nominees are encouraged to apply for. Please see the attached document and include which, if any, of these operational positions you would be willing to take on when applying.
