In submitting my entry I accept and understand that I must abide by the rules and regulations of Athletics North Queensland. I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agreed to the information I have provided. I have read and agree to the rules and regulations for the duration of this workshop. I confirm that all of the information provided by me in completing my registration is correct and acknowledge that my registration may be refused if I provide false information.
I understand that my qualification information may be submitted to school sport and athletics organisations. I consent to my name and/or image being used in publications, displayed on the website/social media sites of Affilated Clubs and Athletics North Queensland, Queensland Athletics, Athletics Australia and World Athletics.
