Athletics North Queensland will be holding a one day distance running coaching clinic in Rockhampton.  This clinic will cover techniqure and speed, biomechanical analysis and a practical recovery session.  Workshops on optimising recovery and key training considerations with discussions afterwards will also be included. This clinic will be open to athletes aged 10 and up.  Athletes will have a choice to choose from up to 3 workshops.

Workshop 1:  Technique and Speed/Video and Biomechanical Analysis

Workshop 2:  Practical Recovery Session/Optimising Recovery Presentation

Workshop 3:  Presentation - Key Training Considerations/Discusssion (Review of participants own training sessions and programs)

PLEASE NOTE:  A minimum amount of numbers are required for this course to proceed.  All appropriate Covid_19 guidelines will be followed.

COST:   ANQ registered members - $20 per workshop (ANQ registered members include anyone who is registered within the Revsport System).

              Non ANQ members - $40 per workshop
