What’s New in 2026

1) Participation Membership

A perfect entry point for brand-new skaters beginning their rolling journey—ideal for Learn to Skate and Star Classes.
When skaters are ready for private lessons and club training, they can upgrade to a Development Membership and participate in intra-club and Debut events. 🛼

2) Three-Week Trial Membership (Come & Try)

A great way for new skaters to try Learn to Skate classes for three weeks from the date of sign-up.
If they love it, they can simply upgrade their membership and continue their progress! 🛼

3) Change to Payment & Charging Structure

From 2026, ASVI will be moving to the updated inclusive fee model requested (adopted) by Skate Australia.

This means:

• Members will see one clear total at checkout with no additional on-charged transaction fees

• Transaction fees are now built into the listed membership price to ensure simple, predictable pricing

• This update supports a more transparent approach to payments across all Skate Australia–affiliated organisations 🛼
