RELEASE AND INDEMNITY

By registering and agreeing to participate in this sport, I agree to

• Release and will release ASVI (and any of its clubs) from all actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, losses, damages, penalties, costs and expenses however arising, including but not limited to negligence, that I may have or may have had but for this release arising from or in connection with my membership and /or participation in any ASVI authorized or recognized activity; and
• Indemnify and will keep indemnified ASVI (and any of its clubs) in respect of any actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, losses, damages, penalties, costs and expenses by any person arising as a result of or in connection with my membership and/or participation in any skating activities.
• I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity or event.

I understand that my SA membership provides me with access to insurance cover for certain activities undertaken whilst engaging in this sport and that I have read the full details of inclusions and exclusions related to insurance, please see SA Insurance.

I understand that at this event or related activities, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by ASVI, the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns. 

The accident waiver and release of liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
