Got any burning questions on what to eat or drink before, during or after your long runs or walks?

We are holding a Sports Nutrition information night on 
Wednesday March 22nd, 5.30-7.00pm
with Accredited Sports Dietitian Megan Scott (@fed.nutrition).

Come along and bring a friend or two!

$2 for club members, $5 for non-members. 

Megan will be covering fuelling for your long runs/walks (including different types of carbohydrates and optimal timing) as well as some nutrition-related issues common to endurance athletes and some training tips for practicing your nutrition and hydration in the lead up to your next big event.

If you've got questions about any particular nutrition products feel free to bring them along and the group can have a look at the labels and learn together.
