Aspire Gymnastics, 17 Sheffield Place, Kelso
Womens Artistic Gymnastics is a competitive program for girls. Gymnasts work through the Australia National Level system from 1-10; learning set skills and routines. Gymnasts must be graded in order to enter into this program.
- Level 4+ 3DAYS PER WEEK.
- Wear to class- Club training leotard or crop top and short.
- Wear to comps- Competition leotard, club t shirt, and tracksuit.
- Learn set skills- Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor
- Assessments for strength, flexibility and skills done termly.
- Incorporates dance, movement, music- particularly on beam and floor.
