KinderRec is our structured Kinder program for children 3-5yrs. It does not require adult participation.
This program teaches the basic foundations of gymnastics skills on all apparatus with circuit based learning. Children are encouraged to explore, develop fundamental movements skills, build hand eye co ordination, balance and self-esteem. The class encorporates fine and gross motor work in preparation for other sports & school.
