Suitable for GIRLS who have completed 12mth+ of Gymfun. Ages 7-12yrs.
This class is the next level up from gymfun and focuses on technique and refinement of skills. Participants work more specifically on bars, beam, floor and vault, as well as start to develop their athletic ability, co ordination, flexibility and strength.
Participants can take part in optional Term 2 and Term 4 club competitions in order to assess their progress and move up classes.
