To help ensure fair access to courts and keep games running smoothly, we are introducing a new rule for lining up for the next available badminton court.
When a court becomes free, the next group waiting in the designated queue area will have priority to take the court. Players wishing to play the next game must be physically present in the queue (or leave their racket in the line). Courts cannot be reserved for players who are not present.
If you would like to take a break between games, that is absolutely fine — simply rejoin the queue when you are ready to play again.
This system is designed to:
• Keep court rotation fair for everyone
• Reduce confusion over who is next to play
• Ensure courts are used efficiently throughout the session
We kindly ask all members and visitors to respect the queue system and be ready to move onto the court promptly when it becomes available.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping maintain a fair and enjoyable playing environment for everyone.
If you have any questions or feedback, please feel free to speak with one of the committee members.
Kind regards,
Aspire Club Committee
