Terms Of Registration

Before you dive into the fun, please take a moment to review and accept the following terms and conditions.

By registering and participating in the following session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Adherence to Club’s Code of Conduct: I understand and agree to abide by Aspire Badminton Club's Code of Conduct at all times during events and sessions. This includes treating all players, committee, and facilities with respect and courtesy.

2. Embracing the Social Spirit: As a social club, I acknowledge that Aspire Badminton Club values camaraderie and encourages players of all skill levels to interact and enjoy the game together. I will make an effort to promote a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.

3. Court Etiquette: I will be mindful of court etiquette, which includes promptly vacating the court after a game to allow waiting players an opportunity to play. I will be considerate and maintain fair rotation.

4. Shuttlecock Etiquette: I understand the importance of shuttlecock etiquette and will handle and be mindful of shuttlecock usage.

5. Respect for Venues: I will respect the venues where our sessions take place. This includes adhering to any no smoking rules and maintaining cleanliness in the designated areas.

6. Discretion on Participation: Aspire Badminton Club Committee reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse, suspend, or revoke any individual’s participation, registration, or membership at any time, with or without prior notice, and without the obligation to provide reasons. This right may be exercised in circumstances including, but not limited to, the following:

 • Any conduct or behaviour—whether verbal, physical, written, or online—that the Committee deems inappropriate, offensive, threatening, harassing, disruptive, or otherwise inconsistent with the values and expectations of the Club;

 • Actions or omissions that, in the opinion of the Committee, compromise or risk compromising the safety, enjoyment, or well-being of other participants, committee, or visitors;

 • Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to false registration, misrepresentation of identity or eligibility, or misuse of membership or Club resources;

 • Breaches of any Club rules, policies, terms and conditions, codes of conduct, or directions issued by Club officials;

 • Conduct outside the Club environment that is reasonably considered to bring the Club into disrepute or cause reputational harm;

 • Any other behaviour or circumstance which, in the sole judgment of the Committee, warrants exclusion or removal in the best interests of the Club.

The Committee may, at its discretion, cancel a participant’s registration and, where appropriate, issue a refund. All decisions made by the Committee under this clause shall be final and binding, and are not subject to appeal.

7. Breach of Terms: I understand that failure to comply with the above terms and conditions may result in my being asked to leave the session. Aspire Badminton Club reserves the right to take appropriate action to ensure a positive experience for all participants.

By participating, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above. I also acknowledge that these terms are subject to change and it is my responsibility to stay updated on any modifications.
