In 2020 we are again offering this Membership Renewal Service to make renewing your membership/s easier. Simply complete the below information and make payment and we will process your membership for you via Surfguard (the SLSA membership database). 

Please note:

• This service is only available to existing Anglesea SLSC members who do not need to add a new family member to their membership (if you need to add a new family member please use the Member Portal instead).
• A service fee of $15 (plus a small online merchant transaction fee) will be applicable for each member being renewed, on top of your membership payment/s. For a Family Payment, the service fee will be $30. Please note this service fee is INCLUDED in the quoted membership prices shown, while the merchant fee will be added at time of payment. 
• If you are renewing a family membership please include names of ALL family members
• Should our staff have any issues with renewing your membership they will contact you.
• All members renewing who are 18 years or over are required to have a current Working with Children Check - the Club will have a record of this.
• You will receive a confirmation that this electronic form has been completed, however this does not mean that your Membership Renewal has been processed.
• You will receive a confirmation from our office once your Membership Renewal has been processed and you are signed up for 2019/2020.
