Players must complete an Arsenal REGO form, register with Hockey Qld (HQ) & pay the HQ fee. You cannot train without being HQ registered (for insurance purposes).
In 2021, on arrival to hockey, everyone MUST be signed-in on the EVA app, as part of Mackay Hockey's "COVID Safety Plan".
