POSTPONED - NEW DATE TO BE ADVISED

The 2026 Annual General Meeting for Alice Springs Athletics Incorporated is scheduled for Sunday, 9 August 2026 at 11:30am (at the conclusion of competition #4).  The meeting will held be at Rhonda Diano Oval, Brailting.

For your reference, the following documents are attached:

 All positions are declared vacant. Positions are being sort for:

  • President
  • Vice-President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Registrar
  • Publicity Officer
  • Sponsorship/Grants Officer
  • Equipment and Grounds Officer
  • General Committee x 2 positions

Committee Nomination forms are to be emailed to the secretary no later than 5pm on Sunday, 2 August 2026.

Proxy forms are to be emailed to the secretary no later than 5pm on Saturday, 8 September 2026.

The Committee looks forward to seeing as many of our Club membership in attendance as possible, to ensure that we are able to fill all positions at this meeting. This will ensure that the Club is in a strong position to continue developing our offerings and providing pathway opportunities for our members. Your support is greatly appreciated.

A sausage sizzle will be put on for all in attendance at the AGM.
