Format of the day

• 8:00am - set up
• 8:45am - arrival
• 9:00am - move into age groups & welcome
• 9:05am - warm up
• 9:15am - first event rotation
• 11:30am - competition finished and pack up

Age Groups Events

• Tiny Tots - 100m, Long Jump – 1m sand mat, Shot Put – safety shot, Obstacle course, 30m Shuttle Relay
• 6 & 7 Years - 70m, 200m, Long Jump, Shot Put, 4 x 100m Relay
• 8 & 9 Years - 70m, 400m, Long Jump, Turbo Javelin, 4 x 100m Relay
• 10 & 11 Years - 200m, 1500m, Long Jump, Discus, 4 x 100m Relay
• 12 Years & Over - 200m, 1500m, Long Jump, Discus, 4 x 100m Relay
