If you're new to Athletics, here's a quick summary of how our Saturday mornings are run:
8:00am Setup (families are rostered on depending on age groups — thisweekit's the U15+ families)
8:30am Warm-up starts (it's a group warm-up run by our older athletes)
8:50am Welcome and briefing (kids sit in their age groups)
9:00am Competition starts (kids move from event to event in their age group, led by an age group manager and supported by at least3other volunteer parents)
11:00am Competition should finish by around this time

We will be offering a modified program with less events for the first 3 weeks while new athletes settle in.
