Football Australia has an exciting opportunity for an Event Coordinator (based in Sydney) to join Football Australia supporting the organisation, planning and delivery of our events portfolio. Sitting within the Commercial/Events Team, this role will be involved in their events both big and small, ensuring they meet Football Australia’s strategy and objectives.
As an events professional who is a strategic planner and organised, you thrive by working in an environment where you will work on multiple projects/events, collaborate with a wide range of people and organisations bringing everyone together, and providing clarity and focus to deliver a successful outcome.

Some experience, skills, and attributes which we consider favourable:
Experience and an understanding of planning and delivery of major events
A can-do attitude along with a passion, willingness and understanding for getting things done in the most efficient manner
Proven ability to work in a team as well as independently and always with good humour
You are a cool and calm individual and not fazed by a fast and ever-changing environment
The ability to manage and maintain events & projects while delivering the best possible outcomes
Highly organised and capable of coordinating activity across internal and external stakeholders with great attention to detail
The ability to navigate, connect and influence people from all backgrounds
Understanding or experience in ticketing systems and processes
Other Requirements:
Current driving license
Out of hours work including evenings and weekends in the lead up to and during events is likely
Overnight intrastate and interstate travel often in quick succession may be required
