We are currently looking for passionate ACPE students who live and breathe what we do to apply to become Student ambassadors in 2021. Our students are at the centre of everything we do, we want you to represent the college with pride throughout our community. Being a student ambassador means much more than just helping at events, you will be representing ACPE and everything we stand for by engaging with our valuable network on a regular basis. The student Ambassador position will work with and support a wide range of College staff through building relationships with current students, key stakeholders and through connecting the college to prospective students.

ACPE Student Ambassadors will assist ACPE staff with the below programs and activities:

• Assist the ACPE Marketing and Sales team with their daily operations
• Assist the Student Engagement Services and Career Development Services with campus events and activities
• Assist with ACPE Open Days, O-Weeks, Career Expos, Marketing Events & campus Tours
• Assist the ACPE Student Services Team with their daily operations

To be successful in this role, the following skills are essential:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills: The ability to prioritise and plan activities ensures proper use of time and management of high volumes of work.
• Team player: Candidates in this position will be required to work with people in the various departments to ensure brand awareness.
• Strong customer skills: This enables the candidate to anticipate customer’s needs and create customised strategies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: These skills are vital as they will help the candidate to effectively interpret product information, identify and resolve problems creatively and with good judgment.
• Adaptability and quick learner: Demand will continuously change, therefore, the ability to learn and adapt quickly are vital.
• Strong computer literacy skills.

ACPE Student Ambassadors are paid $25.15 per hour and are employed on a casual basis. This role will based on campus at ACPE and we're looking for candidates ready for an immediate start. The successful candidate can expect to work three days per week, four hours per day with a possibility of more hours.
