Salary Range: $80-90k + commission and Super

The Candidate
• Initiate prospect contact from marketing-generated leads and client referrals.
• Actively generate leads while also maintaining active pipeline of warm leads.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of clients' business processes and needs by becoming a "business partner" with our clients.
• Communicate ROI to clients.
• Attend trade meetings, conferences, seminars, and conventions as needed.
• Travel to clients and potential clients as needed.
• Track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Be a brand ambassador and always reflect company values.

Essential Skills and Experience

•  2+ years of experience selling SaaS; SaaS data technology preferable.
•  Experienced and comfortable selling in 30 to 90-day sales cycle.
•  Ability to articulate the value and relevance of data driven insights, and how this translates into benefits for a variety of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to achieve a complex sale which involves multiple decision makers from different departments or levels.
•  Consultative, solutions-oriented sales process.
• Great presentation skills, as well as written and verbal communication.
•  Strong CRM Experience (Salesforce preferred) and able to contribute to targeted marketing activity, alongside ActiveXchange’s Marketing Executive.
• Must be a self- motivated, team player with a positive attitude and capacity to work independently.
• Strong understanding of the community sport, leisure and fitness landscape, interdependencies and stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.
