PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONTo provide and be accountable for excellent customer service in all aspects of Netball Central venue
services to ensure a first class experience for all users and patrons of the venue
SELECTION CRITERIA
Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR / Defibrillator) or the ability to
obtain this qualification within 4 weeks of commencement in the position.
Demonstrated experience within a customer service environment.
Knowledge and skills • Highly developed customer service skills.
Proven ability to effectively plan and prioritise work and manage time
effectively.
Clear, professional and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to undertake basic cleaning duties
