PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONTo provide and be accountable for excellent customer service in all aspects of Netball Central venue
services to ensure a first class experience for all users and patrons of the venue
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR / Defibrillator) or the ability to
obtain this qualification within 4 weeks of commencement in the position. - Demonstrated experience within a customer service environment.
Knowledge and skills • Highly developed customer service skills. - Proven ability to effectively plan and prioritise work and manage time
effectively. - Clear, professional and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to undertake basic cleaning duties
- Working with Children Check
