Employer: White City Tennis

Position: Receptionist

Responsibilities:

    • Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email
    • Relaying information between customers, coaches and managerial staff
    • Booking/managing of daily services (e.g. court hires, lessons, etc.)
    • Selling of products (Food/Beverages/Tennis accessories, etc) using POS and reconciliation
    • Restocking of inventory

Experience:

    • Customer Service (1+ years)
    • Sales (1+ years)
    • POS Operation (1+ years)
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
    • Individual should be good communicator, organised and efficient, with strong problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task

Details:

    • Fluent English required
    • 15+ hrs per week
    • Monday-Sunday (Flexible scheduling); office hours are 8am-9pm (Mon-Fri) 8am-6pm (Sat-Sun)

Duration: ongoing

Start: immediate

Pay Rate:  dependent on experience
