Fitness Playground Academy created the Industry Ready Program with the goal to get aspiring and newly qualified Personal Trainers ready to step into the industry and make a profound impact, where they are confident in their own ability. We aim to bridge the gap between the education & experience - giving coaches the knowledge & tools that we know, as coaches ourselves, that you need to truly become “Industry Ready”.
Is this program for me?
Regardless of whether you have been in the industry for a long time, or you’re just recently qualified, The Industry Ready Program is aimed at those who feel they need to further their education to take better care of their clients. This program was created to help bridge the gap between what you, as a Personal Trainer, have learnt in your courses and what your clients need in real life.
What will I learn?
There are 3 core modules across the program, broken down into 8 workshops across 8-weeks. Each workshop is covered over a 90min session. Module 1 is about Coaching People, where you will focus on turning passion into purpose, and creating meaningful change. Module 2 is about Coaching Exercises, where you will focus on choosing the right exercises, programming for success and the art of effective coaching. And Module 3 is about Business Management, where you will focus on selling with integrity, building an online presence, and running a successful business.
Do I need to pay?
The 8-week program is completely free, and acceptance is by application or invitation only.
