DURATION: 3- 6 months and can be extended if required Working hours: 3-4 hours per week flexible and work from home
May be required to be present at sports events on weekends
Voluntary Position – gift card presented after completion
Temporary free membership for 12 weeks to use the range under coach supervision
Learning opportunities:
1) Mentor by club recorder to manage current club scoring system
2) Develop an award system to encourage and motivate archers
3) Assist club to manage and apply for sports grants
4) Develop strategic plans for club long term membership management
5) Develop sports marketing and publicity plan for the club
6) Review current use of social media for the club communication and marketing
