Learning Opportunities
1) Learning opportunities:
1) Development and documentation of coaching Program for SOPA team with head coach for Para, Junior and Elite team
2) Documentation and creation of coaching records, coaching journals templates etc
3) Setting up of Elite Archers Pathways at club level, documenting the pathways archers can take to become elite archers and the competitions required
4) Development of exercise and warm up program for archers inclusive of suggested nutrition and diet requirements for elites
