DURATION: 3- 6 months and can be extended if required Working hours: 3-4 hours per week flexible and work from home
May be required to be present at sports events on weekends
Voluntary Position – gift card presented after completion
Temporary free membership for 12 weeks to use the range under coach supervision
Learning Opportunities
1) Utilising Sports TG System to setup an event, copywriting for events marketing, setting up Events Registration Templates, sports marketing activities
2) Operational of events -Range Setup
Manage setup teams with volunteers on the range handling targets, signs, timers, banners etc, looking at way to improve the current logistics and operational system to improve on productivity and efficiency
3) Scoring Management - Use of Archers Diary Systems to enter archers, and lane allocation
Compiling records and scores, process and claiming of any state or national records if any.
4) Opportunity to learn and observe how judging of a tournament with a judge
5) Train with Director of Shooting to manage a tournament
6) How to finalise scoring and submission of scores to Archery NSW or Archery Australia for
7) Records claims etc
