SCEGGS Darlinghurst are looking for sports coaches for the 2021 school year, commencing January 28.
Requirements:
Minimum age 18 years old Applicants are legally required to have a Current Working with Children Check (employed) Coaching experience and/or relevant qualifications preferred Coaches are required to commit to a full term of work when signing up for a particular sport or activity.
Training and Game Commitment:
Training sessions are held at a variety of venues in the Sydney Metropolitan area, including on site at SCEGGS. Days and times vary and are either before or after the school day: 6:30-8:00am or 2:30-5:30pm. Competition sports involve Saturday morning or week-night matches at different Independent Girls Schools and other venues around Sydney, occasionally as far as Mittagong.
Remuneration
Hourly rate paid is $30.00 – $50.00 per hour depending on applicants experience and qualifications Coaches are paid for a minimum of 2 hours work per session
Equipment and Uniform
Coaches are allocated a kit bag with suitable equipment for each competition sport including first aid supplies. SCEGGS supply all coaching staff with a polo shirt that must be worn at every training session and match. SECGGS also supply a staff hoodie.
