Position: Competition Delivery and Event Day Volunteers
Working Hours: 9.00 - 5.00 pm
Duration: 4 days
Location: Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre
About the role: Athletics NSW are currently looking for volunteers to assist during the ACPE NSW All Schools Track and Field Championships, in a varied capacity as required.
About ANSW: The peak body for the governance and delivery of Athletics in NSW. Athletics NSW is committed to the growth of our sports industry, at this time as they come back to some kind of normal post COVID-19 they want to provide opportunities for our industry’s future employees to gain valuable experience.
Possible duties include but not limited to:
- Assisting Staff and Officials with event and competition delivery as required
- Competition readiness, planning and preparation
- Assisting officials on the track and field of play
- Event photography
- Capturing footage for highlights packages/social media updates etc
- Social media updates
- Follow the policies and procedures of Athletics NSW
- Perform and complete other duties as directed by the Competitions and Marketing Team
