Sydney Roosters have provided this exclusive internships opportunity for ACPE students and Alumni.
Position Title: Membership Services Internship
Location: Sydney Roosters HQ Moorepark
Working hours: Flexible (2 days per week)
Duration: 3 months (will be reviewed in December)
Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
- Responsible for the monitoring of the Club’s inbound communication channels including Phone (1300 327 871) and Membership inbox.
- Responsible for maintaining a professional, accurate and courteous standard of service across all channels and ensuring all team Members are completing their tasks on the appropriate communication channels.
- Work with the Membership Sales Specialist to continually improve the customer service standards across the team including training and technology improvements where necessary.
2. Database Management
- Assist the CRM Coordinator where required in managing the key administrative duties across the Club’s CRM including extraction, de-duping, cleansing, tagging, consolidating etc.
- Assist the CRM Coordinator where required in managing the implementation of strategies to ensure data is up-to-date and format is consistent.
3. Outbound Sales
- Assist the Membership Sales Specialist where required in the implementation of the outbound Membership sales program.
4. Match Day
- Assist the department where required in set-up and pack-down of match day equipment, handling Member enquiries and distributing Membership stock.
Experience & Qualification
2. A passion for customer service.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think laterally.
4. Personal computing skills with specific knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in the area of verbal and written communication
