How PCYC Hire

• Application: Once you’ve found your ideal role at PCYC, prepare your application and submit online. Applications will be considered based on merit, skills, experience and ability to fit in with the PCYC culture.
• Interview: The selection process will differ based upon the role you have applied for, however if shortlisted, you’ll be invited to attend an interview(s) with the Hiring Manager and a selected panel.
• Child Safety & Pre Employment Checks: Preferred candidates must undergo a thorough screening process, which includes a NSW Working with Children Check, a NSW Police Record Check and a minimum of two professional reference checks.
• Your new career starts: Following successful interview and pre-employment checks, you may receive an offer of employment with PCYC. Once appointed, new employees will complete a comprehensive induction program and are subject to a six-month probation period.
