Lane Cove Pathway Program Head Coach

Weekly Schedule:
· Training: Mondays and Thursdays. 4:30PM-6PM (first session) 5:30PM – 7:15PM (Second session) including setup and pack-up).
· Matches: Saturday mornings, 2-hour shift including pre- and post-match team talks. (Paid 2hr minimum)
Role & Responsibilities:
· Read and understand weekly training plans following the Vibe Football curriculum.
· Implement training sessions as outlined in the training plans.
· Modify training plans when required, considering the unique needs of your training group.
· Coach players to improve their football understanding and technical ability within the provided framework.
· Guide players to achieve success in weekend matches within the context of the program development goals.
· Liaise with your team manager and other volunteers to ensure smooth team operations.
· Work collaboratively with Vibe Football technical support staff to achieve program objectives.
Program Dates:
Training begins: Mid-Feb
Preseason matches: March
Competition matches: Start of April
Season Completion: Mid to late August
Further Coaching Opportunities:
Miniroos Head Coach
Oversee junior and volunteer coaches to aid and support. Assist in smooth running of multiple teams across different age groups.
Academy Coach
Lead our academy groups, providing elite coaching for players that seek further development.
Holiday Camps
Help the organisation and coaching of our 3-day holiday camps. Assist in creating a fun and engaging environment. Lots of games and prizes.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $30.60 per hour plus superannuation
Approximate Weekly Hours: 6 hours
Reimbursement of Foundation of Football Certificate.
