The primary purpose of the Programs and Operations Manager is to support the CEO with the coordination of existing and new programs and the day-to-day running of the organisation. Driving impact, growth, safety, client satisfaction and retention through participation aligned with our purpose and services. Supporting staff and programs with a high level of coordination, communication and adaptability to meet the needs of communities and clients.
