The main focus of the position would be to have the drive to implement and reinforce our structured water safety and stroke technique procedures.

Desirable candidates should be:

• Motivated and enthusiastic and prepared to provide themselves and their swimmers with a skill for life.
• Willing to convert and develop the Shelly Swimming School procedures into a comprehensive Learn to Swim/Squad training programme which would prepare our swimmers to be Water Safe, competitive and ensure ongoing support.

Requirements:

• Basic swimming skills an advantage
• Committed candidates with no teaching qualifications will be trained in house at all venues to allow them to obtain Austswim qualifications.
• Candidates must have flexible availability.
• Morning work and school hours available to suit your schedule.
• Must work for at least one year with company.
