Work to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene and safety resolving all issues where possible and reporting higher level issues appropriately – Including internal work spaces and the general facility and functioning equipment.
Maintain a high presence on the Gym Floor and support, assist and motivate members
Host Small group exercise classes with enthusiasm, creativity and safety to continuously engage members in the program and build attendance
Candidate Criteria:
Responsible Service of Alcohol Qualification (RSA)
Responsible Conduct of Gaming Qualification (RCG)
Working With Children’s Check
Cert III or IV Fitness or/
Bachelor Degree providing clearance to work as a Personal Trainer / Gym Instructor
First Aid & CPR
Note: all employees are employed by DOOLEYS Lidcombe Catholic Club and because of the services provided by the club all full time and part time employees must have their RSA & RCG
