XLR8 offers year round football development programs for community footballers within the NSFA, facilitated by professional and experienced coaches.

We are looking for coaches to provide a rewarding environment for players of all ages and abilities so that they can become great people, develop their football and enjoy themselves.

Our coaches will provide people of all ages and abilities access to high quality and appropriate development opportunities centered around our holistic domains (Technical, Tactical, Physical, Social, Psychological). In doing so, raising the standard of football, strengthening community engagement and deepening the love of the world game.

XLR8 coaches work on a casual/part time basis, working hours between 4pm – 9pm on weekdays. Weekend morning availability is desirable. Each coach is asked to provide a minimum of 6 – 10 hours a week of available time. Additional hours are available for suitable candidates.

Essential

  • Experience coaching Under 8 - Senior players
  • Hold a current Coaching Accreditation - Advanced Diploma or Community Certificate
  • Enthusiasm towards coaching, with excellent communication & personal skills

  • Strong football knowledge and understanding of coaching processes.

  • FFA Advanced coach qualifications are remunerated to value
