Only Bachelor of Football and Diploma of Football students eligible to apply. This opportunity will provide recognition of prior learning (RPL) for Football in Education and the Community WIL (sem 1, 2024)

 

TITLE: Curriculum Development Intern

LOCATION: Hills Football Incorporated – various locations as required

POSITION TYPE: Internship – (6-week contract)

 

OBJECTIVE: Hills Football is seeking a motivational and enthusiastic Curriculum Development Intern to support our player development initiatives. The main objective of this role is to create session plans electronically in line with the Hills Football Player Pathway Curriculum. The successful candidate will work closely with the Hills Football Technical Department to ensure the Curriculum is engaging, effective and aligned with the organisations Team Model and vision for Player Development.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Curriculum Development Intern will:  

·  Create electronic session plans for various age groups and skill levels in alignment with the Hills Football Team Model and Player Pathway Curriculum.

·  Under guidance from the Hills Football Technical Department ensure Session Plans are accurate in description and depiction.

·  Ensure Curriculum is easy to access and organised efficiently for the productive use by Hills Football Player Pathway Coaches and Hills Football Member Club Coaches.

·  Ensure consistency of formatting of all Curriculum contents.

·  Ensure all tasks undertaken are delivered to the best of your ability and in a professional manner.

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS 

·  Passion for football and player development

·  Understanding of basic football skills

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

·  A willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving needs of the organisation.

·  Exceptional organisation and time management skills

·  Works autonomously 

·  Working with Children Check (under 18s not necessary)
