North West Sydney Tennis are seeking a friendly customer focused person to join our team at Pennant Hills Park. The position requires a person who can provide excellent customer service, has good communication skills and an ability to multitask. Saturday availability is essential, and a valid Working with Children Check is required.
Duties and responsibilities will involve:
Support day-to-day operations at the Pro Shop, e.g. answering emails and phone calls, serving customers
Using the court bookings systems, competition software and database maintenance.
Be able to work independently and plan and lead/assist as required,
Updating of the Association’s website, social media sites and monthly newsletter.
Assist and engage with internal and external personnel in preparations for the tennis events.
Supervising junior competitions on Saturday mornings and/or afternoons
Maintaining and cleaning of facilities and grounds as required.
An interest in sport
Desirable but not essential:
An interest in tennis
Coffee barista making skills.
First aid certificate.
To be successful in this role you will have experience within a customer service industry. You will be willing to learn, have a friendly, customer-focused attitude and an ability to work as a team is essential.
