This role consists of three core elements within the VNSW Pathway. To deliver the logistics of the Phoenix teams in National Championship events, be responsible for the administration of the education portfolio and coordination of the relationship with Regional Academies of Sport (RASi).
The person in this role will hold a key role in the administration of the Pathways department at VNSW and will need to have a keen eye for detail along with a good understanding of travel logistics including the support of underage athletes.
It is critical that the person in this role has the proficient ability to operate in a small team, maximising the resources available to deliver on agreed outcomes. They must be able to effectively use the MS Suite of programs and be open to learning internal systems including databases, online platforms and reporting processes. This role will be required to travel interstate and intrastate. Prior knowledge of Volleyball is not required.
