KANO is currently on the lookout for a Football Programs Manager. This role is responsible for:
Development of KANO's community partner and programs strategies
Management of football programs and administrative operations in line with strategies includes equipment and rostering
Growth of football programs
Development of new football ideas and programs
Engagement with KANO community partners and schools key decision makers
KANO staff development, staff training and onboarding
The role does not involve coaching
Candidates need to have:
Strong understanding in football development (specialising in grassroots development)
Passion in following local and global football development programs/trends and news
Experience in managing football programs from a strategic, operations and administration in football
Growth mindset and ambition
Experience in administrative systems (canva, google sheets)
Prompt communication skills
Available to work weekends and evenings

The role will involve 20-25 hours of work per week on a part-time contract. The hours will be agreed on with the right candidate.
