Reports to: WPA National Event Manager Location: Sydney olympic Park Aquatic Centre (Carnival Entrance) Purpose of the Position: The purpose of the AWL Finals Ticketing/Entry Staff member is to ensure that all people entering the venue have a valid entry ticket.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensure all visitors enter/exit with a valid ticket/pass
Scan in all visitors to capture data
Assist visitors with purchasing tickets
Provide wristbands to ticketholders if exiting and re-entering at a later point
Report to National Event Manager at the start and end of shift
Required Commitment:
Shifts will be approx. 3-4 hours (can work double shifts if available)
Position Provisions/Entitlements:
Payment of $20 per hour
Any ticket scanning/sales equipment required

Qualifications:
Valid Working with Children Clearance/Blue Card
Previous customer service/ticketing experience is preferred but not essential
