Role Purpose
A new position within our Management team, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of strategies that create meaningful, successful links between the community, our Club, and the sport of Lawn Bowls. There will be a focus on taking the sport to new markets, whilst still focusing on traditional aspects of the sport.
Role Purpose - The Key Pillars to Success
Develop and implement a strategy bringing community focus to the game of lawn bowls, by introducing the game to new markets, increasing the Club's engagement with community groups, charity, sporting and school segments, and the local community.
Successfully execute a range of bowls and non-bowls programs with current and new market segments that increase visitation and diversify income streams for the venue by utilising faciltiies during off-peak periods, resulting in return visits and increased membership.
Support our existing Bowls community through leadership, implementation of efficiencies and strategic guidance, skill development through coaching and training program development, and financial stability through partnership agreements.
Grow the game of Bowls within the local community through player development, introducing new market players, junior programs, and implementation of major events.

Sports Management / Business Degree
