The Role:
We have casual employment opportunities for individuals that are committed to providing first class customer service for our valued patrons and guests.
You'll be:
Welcoming and assisting patrons and guests at turnstiles
Ushering patrons and guests to seats
Managing access control into premium product areas
Providing a high level customer service to all patrons and guests
Operating two – way radios and on occasion scribing calls in a log book
About You:
You're a customer service superstar, with experience in a previous face to face customer service role.
You'll have excellent communication skills
Be able to identify potential problems and quickly find solutions
A strong work ethic, be willing to continually learn and work within an energetic team environment
Have an immaculate sense of personal presentation and customer service smile
Be available to work weekday evenings and weekends
Not essential, however if you have previous experience as a radio operator/scribing calls – please include this in your application
