We are currently seeking a passionate Boxing coach to run boxing classes to your local community. Whether you are new to the industry wanting to build your skills or you are experienced in sport, recreation and youth engagement roles, if you are passionate about making a life changing difference in your community, then this is the opportunity for you!
About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Fairfield Cabramatta team to provide positive experiences to young people in your local community. In this varied and flexible role, classified as Activities Officer under our Enterprise Agreement, you will be coaching and guiding young people, and:
- Work as part of a team to deliver fun, interactive, engaging and safe group classes
- Program lessons
- Provide customer service and membership administration duties, as required
About You
Are you a passionate person and have flexibility to work afternoons and evenings, school holidays and weekends? As well as,
- Do you have skills in administration and coaching?
- Do you have a passion for sports and team building skills for coaching purposes?
- Are you a reliable and trustworthy for the care of young people?
- Are you an autonomous worker as well as a team player?
- Do you have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills?
- Do you have experience in working with children, building relationships and customer service?
- Do you have the ability to obtain compliant Working With Children Check and National Police Check?
