Location: PCYC Head Quarters in Sydney Olympic Park
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic administrator. This a varied and flexible full time role, supporting a team in our PCYC programs, youth resilience and social impact. If you are passionate about making a life changing difference, then this is the opportunity for you!
About the Role
This role provides administrative support to the Youth Resilience and Social Impact team through correspondence with partners, managing and monitoring project documentation and filing as well as assisting the team with a data base and financial component. Your day-to-day duties will include:
• Coordinating basic program activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance of programs against PCYC processes and external funding contracts
• Managing phone calls and email correspondence
• Create and maintain staff and participant files including storage and archiving of files as directed
• Monitoring, collecting and processing various forms ensuring accuracy of entered data
• Submit timely reports
• Researching various topics and issues as requested by the Social Impact and Evaluation Officer or Programs Manager
• Monitoring, collating and entering survey data to support reporting and evaluations of PCYC Youth Programs
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s extremely organised, and loves working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. It will suit someone who has:
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability and willingness to do high volumes of accurate data entry
• Willingness to learn new skills such as survey development, infographics design, excel and data visualisation techniques
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office software suite
