We are looking to employ a Competitions and Bookings Coordinator whom will support our Facilities and Competitions Manager in the delivery of NSFA Competitions.This role will include the leadership and management of the following areas:

• Deliver timely Competitions management; division allocations, re-grades, fixtures, results tracking, competition administration
• Complete regular competition reviews during the season
• Identify trends and areas for improvement and opportunities for development within our competitions
• Provide data analysis on registration and competition matters
• Provide email and phone support to NSFA members and Clubs on Play Football / registration matters
• Management of the NSFA MiniRoos Competitions
• Management of ground bookings between Clubs and Councils
• Manage day to day facilities feedback from Clubs
• Execution of the NSFA Competitions Strategy
• Execution of the NSFA Facilities Strategy
• Administration support for NSFA events
• Coordinate equipment management
• Support Summer Football competition

The suitable candidate must have:

• Advanced proficiency with Excel and proficient with the entire MS Office Suite of products
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
• An analytical mind that is comfortable with statistical and data analysis
• Understanding of the FFA online registration process – PlayFootball
• Experience in building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
• Outstanding organisation, time management and communication skills
• An understanding of the NSFA ecosystem - Desirable
• Knowledge of local NSFA Rules, Regulations, Competitions and club software - Desirable
• Some experience with Web Content Management – Desirable.
• Bachelor of Sports Administration - Highly desirable.
• Experience within Sports Administration, grassroots sport and football administration - Highly desirable.
