The Product Lead - Schools is responsible for contributing leadership and vision towards the development of impactful school programs to create an exceptional customer experience and ultimately promote and grow participation across all types of bike riding.

The following responsibilities are indicative requirements of the role, and are not intended to represent an exhaustive list of all requirements. 

Working under general direction:

1. In collaboration and coordination with colleagues across Australia, develop and implement AusCycling school programs nationally to promote and grow participation of bike riding in schools
2. In collaboration and coordination with colleagues across Australia, develop and implement initiatives to connect participants in school programs to community and club programs.
3. Be the point of contact for Sport Australia Sporting Schools relationship and communication
4. Oversee the uptake and implementation of the Sporting Schools grants program nationally.
5. Responsibility for maintaining the AusCycling information on the Sporting Schools platform
6. Dissemination of information to schools nationally regarding funding dates, product offerings and booking information
7. Coordinate program implementation between schools and deliverers
8. Generate invoices and ensure accurate coding for prompt payment
9. Ensure teacher accreditation funded through Sporting Schools grants is effectively managed for an exceptional customer experience
10. Identify and respond to operational issues as they arise and resolve them in an efficient and timely manner in line with operational policy.
11. Establish and maintain relationships with key external bodies such as state education departments, ACHPER and other relevant groups
12. Ensure the EGM – Participation Products and other relevant staff are briefed and across key issues.
13. Maintain clear and accurate up to date operational documents, records and procedures
14. Role model AusCycling organizational values, demonstrating a high standard of behaviour, including respect for, and collaboration with others at all times.
15. Adhere to, uphold and promote the principles of AusCycling policies and operating procedures.
16. Maintain up to date data management and provide accurate reporting metrics for use with EGM, CEO and Board.

Desirable Criteria

• Sports Management / Business Degree
• Drivers Licence
• Tertiary qualification in Sport Management, Community Engaged or a related field is favorable.
