As Group Leader, you will work in a positive and enjoyable environment to deliver high quality services to our customers.
The role includes; liaison and customer support and the opportunity to facilitate sport and active recreation activities. Working with a diverse range of customers including children, adults, and people of all abilities from diverse backgrounds – no two days will be the same! Our services span across all hours and there will be times where you may be rostered on evening, weekends and be required to reside overnight in an on-call capacity.
Essential requirements
First aid qualification (or willingness to obtain one)
Current CPR
Undertake on-call responsibilities on a rostered basis during residential programs
A National Criminal Records Check (NCRC) Clearance and a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
COVID-19 Certificate or proof of vaccination status or a Medical clearance as per the Public Health Order
