Purpose: To support the strategic direction & operational management of the AT Performance Pathway Program (PPP) and the development of athletes and coaches within the program. As well as, maintain communication flow between AT, state bodies, and key stakeholders in relation to the PPP.
Essential Experience:
Ability to contribute to the objectives, activities, and measures of the AT Performance Pathway Strategy.
Experience in and ability to coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams (including coaches) and experts to enhance the successful delivery of the athlete pathway
Demonstrated collaborative style and ability to work positively in partnership with a variety of key internal and external stakeholders
Budgetary management experience including annual planning, forecasting, contingency planning, grant applications and on-going management
Current Working with Children Check or equivalent
Desirable Experience:
Thorough understanding and knowledge of contemporary high-performance Taekwondo at a national and international level.
Demonstrated experience in strategy development, strategy execution and stakeholder engagement
